I have seats 2 and 4 - are they next to each other? Yes. In the Colonial, seats are numbered even on the right, odd on the left, and consecutive hundreds in the middle. Click here to view The Colonial Theatre Seating Chart.
Do you offer any DISCOUNTED SEATS? It depends on the show. Often, we offer both rush seats and obstructed view seating, both of which need to be purchased in person at the box office at a discounted price.
How do I obtain RUSH SEATS? Student/Senior Rush seats are usually sold one hour before the show time. You must either have a valid student ID or ID showing that you are 62 or older. They generally range in price from 25 to 35 dollars, and are sold cash only, on ticket per valid ID. They are available only at the box office, can be located anywhere in the theatre, and are totally based upon availability.
What does a LIMITED VIEW stamp on my ticket mean? Limited View seats are usually sold last, when there is very little inventory available. "Limited View" seats mean that the seats are located to the side of the orchestra, mezzanine, or balcony, and do not provide a full view of the stage. "Limited View" seats typically miss about a quarter of the upstage action. These seats are always the last seats to sell and are the BEST AVAILABLE at the time of purchase.

What hours is the BOX OFFICE open? Normally, we are open Monday through Saturday, 10am to 6pm. However, when we have a show, the box office is open until one half hour after the show begins, except on Sundays when they open 2 hours before the matinee curtain time to 6pm, or ½ hour after the evening curtain, whichever is later.
What forms of PAYMENT does the box office take? They take Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cash. Checks are accepted only if the show you are attending is more than ten banking days away from the date of purchase. Note that the credit card must be in the name of the person purchasing the tickets.
How do I do a MAIL ORDER? A mail order must include at least three days the person can attend the show, a general idea of where they would like to sit, day and evening telephone numbers, and a check for
